What shipping method do you use?
We use: UPS and Federal Express. Default is UPS ground. You will be able to track the progress of your order once it is shipped. The order will be assigned a tracking number. The number will be on the email notice you will receive once your order is confirmed and shipped. To track your order just return to www.heavenlyclocks.com, click the Track an Order link in the upper right corner of the page and enter the tracking number.
How long does it take to process my order and get it shipped to me?
An order is usually processed within 2 to 3 business days and sometimes as little as 24 hours. Shipping time will depend on distance from the warehouse. You will receive an email notice once your order is confirmed and shipped. Due to customs issues and importing of fragile items a 2 to 3 week shipping time should be expected. Every effort is made for you to receive your merchandise as quickly and carefully as possible.
